Special cut out conveyors and short length rollers to accommodate grippers and special manipulators can be designed into our roller systems. This application also needed the rollers to be rubber coated to prevent any damage occurring to the doors laminated surface. Rollers can also be PVC coated and nylon coated depending on applications and supplied in stainless steel or plastic coated finishes.

These manually operated transfer cars handle 15-ton skips at a water treatment works, they are used to transfer the skips on the transfer bogies to a position underneath a stone trap which releases waste product into the skip. The transfer car is move via hand wheel and chain and sprocket arrangement and reduction gears.

Theses conveyors handle stilages of car tyres with an approximate total weight of 1000kgs over a suspended walkway and transport them to holding stations using a series of chain driven conveyors and turntables. Stilages are transfer to the production area on a call off basis.

These pallet conveyors are set into the floor to allow a hand pallet truck to place the pallets onto the split rollers. These then power the pallet forward and are indexed to the next available pallet zone. The yellow steel shrouds protect the photocells on this application.

500kg Oil Fired Boiler assemblies are transported between workstations on purpose designed re-circulated boards. These powered rollers are mounted very close to the floor at 250mm to the top of rollers to give the operators optimum working height when assembling the boilers.
Similar applications and designs are available and we can offer our heavy-duty pallet conveyors as low as 190mm to top of rollers off the floor, motors are usually side mounted to give easy access for maintenance. These conveyors are able to drive up to 200kgs per roller and have been proven in the print industry.

Complete PLC Controlled Systems can be incorporated into our schemes, which can control the conveyors and any of the client’s ancillary equipment. It is also possible to include interfaces for wrapping, weighing and packing equipment that may be required on the line.
